Add page to the documentation to discuss tweaking SNMP config options. Discuss options in the schema per https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/blob/develop/opennms-config-jaxb/src/main/resources/xsds/snmp-config.xsd specifically mentioning settings such as timeout, max-vars-per-pdu, max-repetitions, and ttl that can be tweaked to improve success on slower devices.
