As part of the work done in we are using two data sources and thus opening two pools. Each has a capacity of 50 connections whereas the default postgres limit is 100. But usually there are some other system and maintenance connections around that we can not control. Hence we were running out of connections. A fix in to reduce the minimum pool size.

This jira is to document that when you have to increase the max connection count if you increase the pool size.
