Enable poll status history by default in Horizon 32

Description

Take advantage of the work done in by enabling that feature by default in some of the default pollable services.

This work must be done on a Horizon major version boundary, and ideally targets Horizon 32.0.0.

Acceptance / Success Criteria

Acceptance

  • Subset of services identified in the default poller configuration identified for which time-series storage of poll result adds value

  • Each such service altered to keep history as provided by

  • Default set of resource graph definitions updated to include an availability chart for each updated service

  • Docs updated to reflect that this feature is enabled by default on some services, and to name those services

I discussed with Dustin, whether or not to enable this feature for all defined services. He sees no drawbacks on enabling it for all services, so we decided to enable it for all services and allow users to disable the feature for services.
