install script checks for equality of myuser and RUNAS before sourcing opennms.conf

Description

${OPENNMS_HOME}/bin/install checks whether $myser equals $RUNAS before sourcing ${OPENNMS_HOME}/etc/opennms.conf, causing it to always fail unless run as root.
