Cortex TSS plugin 2.0.1 is compatible with Meridian 2023

Description

Ensure the plugin can be installed, activated and that data can be exchanged between Meridian and the plugin. We want to be able to write to the cortex database and retrieve from it. In addition also ensure no RRD files are written.
