Web UI menu item "Endpoints" not in best location

Description

The Endpoints menu in the Info menu loads the REST API documentation. The naming is somewhat confusing as I expected "network endpoints" instead of "API endpoints".  I would suggest renaming the item to "API Documentation" and moving it to the Help menu as it more a reference than information about the server's inventory.
