Top nav bar style changes between classic and new UI pages

Description

With the UI updates in v31, there is a difference in the style of the top nav bar between pages that are "legacy" and "Vue"

Most notably, the icons are all different, even then dropdown arrows, but words also seem to be slightly different sizes as well.
