Update the first time login chapter to address feedback:
The "first-time login" topic appears in the deployment guide, as a recommended task after installing the core. We should pick one so we aren't duplicating. Ronny suggests keeping the deployment guide one, since not everyone will go to the quick start.
Remove "first-time login and data choices" topic from QS and update it in the core/getting-started.adoc file in the deployment section (it had been removed).
In the core/getting-started.adoc file, add a note about the fact we recommend that people use a personalized account, and include a cross-reference to the quick start "create a new user" topic.
In the quick start users.adoc file, change the intro to describe that they will have logged in for the first time as part of the installation process and include link to the updated topic in the deployment guide.
Rewrite the user.adoc file as required to make sure it still flows with all these changes.
