Extend notifd auto-acknowledge to match on event parameters

Description

When setting up auto-ack settings on custom events that may not have a direct node/interface/service correlation, it would be helpful to have the ability to match based on event parameters that have an identifier for matching the up and down events.

I know it's an old article, but https://internal.opennms.com/wiki/Configuring_notifications#Automatic_Acknowledgment indicates that this wasn't possible at the time of its publication.
