External Requisition UI - Blank pull down menus on Add

Description

New deployment of 31.0.0-SNAPSHOT (OaasLite October 4th, 2022).

Unable to add a new external requisition via the UI as the pulldown for External Source and Schedule Type are empty. See attached screenshot.
