In enlink-configuration.xml you can set up if you want to discovery protocol related data.
All protocols are enabled by default.
If you set use-cdp-discovery=false then you have to delete the data persosted by enlinkd.
In this particular case the data in db table persisted in cdpelement and cdplink.
Same for other flag and protocols.
