Remove Enlinkd dependency from Topology-Map

The topologies API are able to build every topology. 
So there is no needs to import enlinkd classes, we just need to importo topologies from 
feature/topologies.

This improvement is important so that every topology can be created directly using topology updaters,

Enlinkd get data from devices and persist the data.
The topology updaters will use this data to build the topology.
