Update support instructions in PoweredBy branches

Description

The top-level README.md of all current PoweredBy branches needs updating to point users at the correct URL for support.

Acceptance / Success Criteria

Acceptance:

  • All current PoweredBy branches have their top-level README.md updated to point to support.opennms.com instead of mynms.opennms.com.

  • Text of that link updated to say "The OpenNMS support portal" instead of "The MyNMS support portal"
