Overview for the new Quick Start section:

• Intro: You've installed and started OpenNMS. You've considered what you need to do with your network monitoring. Explain what works by default out of the box with OpenNMS.

• After you've installed, here's a list of tasks to complete to get set up (with cross references to those sections of the docs). List should reflect the final order of the Quick Start steps:

  • Login and opt in/out usage statistics collection

  • Set up admin user

    • Create a user and permissions

  • Turn on default notifications

  • Import inventory (provision)

  • Collect performance data

  • Set up a threshold

  • Establish your baseline

  • Determine service availability

  • Configure notifications

  • Visualize your data

Overview section could be written last.

Note also to add links to the quick start from the installation guide. Once they have installed, refer to QS for help getting basic set up, etc ...
