Adding features directly to org.apache.karaf.features.cfg is outdated guidance. Features should be added to a file in featuresBoot.d instead; this is easier to manage, reduces merging overhead during upgrades, and will not be overwritten by spot repair tooling (i.e. fix-karaf-setup.sh)

Fix the docs that refer to this practice with the current best practice instead.
