Add a KPI item to the datachoices telemetry payload containing a list of the enabled service daemons in the system. Ordering should reflect what's in service-configuration.xml. Omit entries that are set to enabled="false". The list can be a simple comma-separated list of the <name> element's content, no need for fancier syntax.
