Under the External Requisition UI, configure a vmware requisition with a username and password.

While the password is obfuscated in the form, it is visible in the resulting URL seen in

• The bottom of the add and edit requisition

• hover popup

• requisition table

Please hide these passwords.

Also minor fix the URL content overflow its box when too long.
