Global search box: gap between input field and dropdown result list

Description

Issue: the rendering of the global search box has a gap between the input field and the result dropdown list.

Solution: set the result list z-index higher (1031) than the header's (--feather-zindex-fixed: 1030)

Acceptance / Success Criteria

There should not have any gap between search box and the result list
