Alarms Advanced Search Not Working

Description

On version 29 the Alarms Advanced Search options do not produced the filtered request.

In the URL it uses & for the filter.  If I manually replace the & with just & in the URL, it brings up the requested alarms per the filter.

The comment about replacing the "&" with just "&" should say replacing "&" with "&"
