Web UI search does not find External Requisitions and Thread Pools

Acceptance / Success Criteria
When the OpenNMS user searches for Configure, External, Requisitions
Then the OpenNMS user sees Configure External Requisitions in the search results
When the OpenNMS user clicks on search results Configure External Requisitions
Then the OpenNMS user is brought to the Configure External Requisitions UI

In Horizon 30+, the provisioning section has a new menu item "Configure External Requisitions and Thread Pools".
In the global UI search, enter search terms like external, requisitions, threads, pools.
"Configure External Requisitions and Thread Pools" is not shown.
