Netflow 9 Parsers, when run on Core or Minion,expose a parsers.Flows.Netflow-9.sequenceErrors counter to track when gaps are detected in flow sequence numbers from a host, indicating a potential loss of flow message in the network between the flow source and the parser.

Adapters, when run in Sentinel, should expose a similar metric so we also have visibility of potential message loss in the message broker or transport after the Parser has handled the message.
