Update the link in the provisioning section that goes to the requisition schema (https://docs.opennms.com/horizon/29/operation/provisioning/introduction.html) when this issue is fixed. Current requisition schema link goes to a stop-gap URL until addressed.

XSDs are in the vault:

Meridian: https://meridian.opennms.com/docs/meridian/index.html

We could update the link in the docs to

1. Make text conditional "Horizon" or "Meridian".

2. Include a release number variable to direct to the correct area of the vault.
