The Elasticsearch Integration section requires updating. This is particularly important as the new Flows section links to some of the EI content. It can become confusing for the reader.

Suggest splitting up and removing the EI section altogether, by making the following changes (which will be logged as separate Jira tasks):

• Create a new section: Reference>Configuration>Tuning Elasticsearch (NMS-14137)

•  

  • move the EI introduction content to this section: include intro. relabel table "Global ES Parameters"

• Remove (NMS-14138)

•  

  • EI>Feature Matrix

  • EI>Flow support

  • EI>Alarm history

  • EI>situation feedback (superseded by Alarm Correlation section)

• Make Event Forwarder its own section like Flows

• Update Alarm Correlation section to have better intro about what a situation is and include that ALEC is required. Move it to under Operation>Alarms (https://opennms.atlassian.net/browse/NMS-14140#icft=NMS-14140)

• Update the link in the Basic Flows Setup section that links to ES content. (NMS-14136)
