Review wording of the new Provisiond UI

Areas to review:

  1. Welcome page, when there is no requisition definition 

  2. Thread pool section

  3. Adding/Editing requisition definition

    • page header

    • field names

    • hints under fields

    • schedule as a text

    • extra help slider when pressing on the

  4. confirmation popup on deleting requisition definition

  5. anything else with words inside
