Persist custom snmp trap data into collectd

Description

Currently:

Snmp trap data (OID & type) cannot be persist. For example: Interface Up/Down and Primary/ Failover status. 

 

Expect:

It should store in opennms time series.

 

Trap example (extreme networks devices) will be provided for analyze.
