adding cisco specific oid for naming

Description

Hello,
I have been chasing an issue and it came up that all cisco switches that run
CatOS do not use the ifAlias oid. Instead Cisco uses:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.5.1.4.1.1.4 for the name of the individual ports. Since so many
people use Cisco switches it might be worth it to add this for naming should the
device be a cisco switch.
