Minion Kafka docs missing reference to custom.system.properties

Description

The Tuning Kafka section mentions how to set the instance.id on Minion, but doesn't note where. The ActiveMQ docs do, though.

For the record, it's $MINION_HOME/etc/custom.system.properties.
