Update telemetry schema with different terminology

Description

The OpenNMS Portal with Minion Appliance has a features configuration screen generated from a schema in Horizon. The term "single-port listener" appears, which isn't really accurate. After discussing with Ronny, we determined that "Multi-protocol listener" would make more sense.

For it to appear in the Appliance Portal, the name needs to be updated in Horizon.

Not sure if I have identified the correct component.

Needs to be done at some point during M6.

It's accurate in that the early listener config used multiple distinct ports for different protocols before TelemetryD switched to (wait for it...) ... a single port listener for all protocols
