Hardware information not displayed for some devices (SnmpMetadataProvisioningAdapter)

Description

The SnmpMetadataProvisioningAdapter introduced in NMS-13575 is able to query the devices for hardware information, but the information is not displayed in the Web UI.

Acceptance / Success Criteria

The hardware information gathered by the SnmpMetadataProvisioningAdapter will be correctly displayed in the Web UI.
