Kafka Producer - Enabling causes Trap Processing to halt

Description

After enabling `opennms-kafka-producer`, all inbound kafka processing stops, eventually majority of topic will resume, however processing of traps is still frozen.

When stopping the feature in Karaf, after a delay, trap processing will resume.

Thanks for the inputs. Looks like optimizing loading of HwTree should resolve this issue.
