When you go to the Database Reports in the OpenNMS WebUI and configure a scheduler to generate a PDF report regularly, and then try to edit the scheduled entry, the timezone field goes back to the default, instead of what you've chosen when created the scheduled entry in the beginning. The same thing happens with the chosen Grafana Dashboard.

For now, if you're using a different timezone, every time you edit a scheduled entry, the timezone field and the Grafana dashboard field must be updated as well before saving your changes, which I believe could be avoided.

It would also be useful to let the user know that the scheduler (last section of the page) is based on Server's Timezone, which does not necessarily match the user/browser timezone.
