Events definition for Nortel Contivity appliances

Description

Hi,

Attached are 3 files. The Nortel Contivity MIBs and also the converted MIBs
into the "eventconf" format. Feel free to add to the 1.2.3 release, I have
done some preliminary tests and everything seems to work hunky dory. I modified
the severity ratings for some since they were all Indeterminate.

Enjoy.

Added these to CVS stable. I did change the first four events, as they are not generic enterprise events
but others. I also applied the guidelines here: http://wiki.opennms.org/tiki-index.php?
page=AddingEventDefinitions for the most part.

Converted Nortel Contivity appliances MIB

To be placed under /opt/OpenNMS/etc/events/ and a relevant include tag added to
/opt/OpenNMS/etc/eventconf.xml - but you knew all that already
