Thresholding currently supports using meta-data in expression-based threshold definitions.

As part of this enhancement we would like to extend meta-data support to single-DS definitions, which are simpler and more commonly use than expression based thresholds.

Requirements:

• It must be possible to use meta-data expressions for the "Value", "Trigger" and "Re-arm" fields when defining "basic" thresholds
