The problem we have is, that uei.opennms.org/bsm/serviceProblem can have different severities and you want a notification only on a specific one. eg BSM degraded (could be warning/minor) or broken (major or disaster).

The solution should be to have a parameter/varbind match against the severity. I've tried 3 different configs but they did not work.
In my case I already use one varbind to match against BSM names which is working perfectly. But I'm not sure if it is allowed to have multiple varbinds, since all those variants did not work:
