mdc context values in logs are wrong

Description

I modified $OPENNMS_HOME/etc/log4j2.xml to log the MDC:

This resulted in lines like this in collectd.log:

Why are logs from VmwareCimCollector being logged for an XmlCollector based service context?

This also affects the poller logs.

I also want to say there is a disconnect between the two nodes associated with the log message.

The MDC content is for nodeId 9942, while the log message was for nodeId 12936.
