Use Router Id (and maybe AS) to associate node with exporting router's data

Description

In some scenarios the received BMP data cannot be associated to an OpenNMS node due to network address translation. The idea is to specify an adapter parameter that identifies a metadata key that can be used to associate data to a node using the Router Id (and maybe AS).
