Wild cards for flow classifiations are not explained

Description

We have examples in the admin documentation which explain how to create flows. Just the dstAddress as a vague mention "May contain wildcards" but there is no explanation of how these wildcards look like.

Additionally, there it seems like you can use wildcards also for srcAddress which is not mentioned in the docs.

Documentation:

  1. Update operation/flows/classification/classification-engine.adoc file.

    1. Add explanation of how wildcards work to the appropriate cells in existing table (Source IP Address and Destination IP address).

Note that since this ticket was first created, the srcAddress now mentions wildcard option.

Moving to top of backlog, as this could have been addressed with recent flows work.

The current default values show something like 127.0.0.1. When we just change the default values to something like e.g. 10.11,15,18.1-30.* as default values where wildcards are accepted, the user would have an example for all variants right in the UI where he expects it and we don't need docs
