Update CISCO-ENTITY-SENSOR-MIB threshold trap events to include alarm-data

Description

The set of event definitions in Cisco.events.xml:

1) Does not include an event for entSensorThresholdRecoveryNotification

2) Lacks an alarm-data annotation on the event for the corresponding trouble trap entSensorThresholdNotification

Therefore there is no alarm coverage for this kind of traps. Updating this file to address both problems.
