Duplicate Thresholds Configured (Discards and Errors)

Description

In the "mib2" thresholding group there are entries for Discards and Errors. There is also a mib2-errors-discard group that duplicates those entries (with much more reasonable thresholds).

I would propose that the entries in the mib2 group be removed.
