Remote poller GUI renders poll times incorrectly

Description

The remote poller GUI renders the "Last Poll" and "Next Poll" times in AM/PM format, but two minutes past noon (for example) renders as 00:02:00 PM. This is weird and dumb

Environment

Fedora 30 / x86_64 with java-1.8.0-openjdk-headless-1.8.0.222.b10-0.fc30.x86_64 Webstart remote poller installation openjdk version "1.8.0_222" OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_222-b10) OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.222-b10, mixed mode)
