This feature will extend the OpenNMS model so that the inventory of locations and management systems in those locations (including OpenNMS instances and Remote Pollers) will be stored in the database and associated with events, outages, and nodes.

This will enable us to track outages between network locations and will enable us to track the identity of the OpenNMS system that generated a particular event. Associating nodes with a location will allow us to monitor overlapping IP address ranges elegantly.
