OTRS Ticket integration does not reflect changes in HZN-513 and HZN-514

Description

HZN-513 adds a new setting for OTRS integration (otrs.type)

shows that the integration only support the default OTRS namespace (http://www.otrs.org/TicketConnector/).

In addition, the integration also doesn't support other methods than the default ones (ie: you can't rename the "TicketCreate", "TicketGet",... methods to something else in the OTRS configuration).

This should be properly documented

This enhancement is out of date. you can reopen the issue and update the plugin.
