Install feature branches through repositories have unmet dependencies

Description

If you try to install a feature branch it gives unmet dependency errors. The error message for example installing the branches/features-newts branch has the following /etc/apt/sources.list.d/opennms.list file:

This is a known issue that will require significant changes to the repo-updating scripts. I'm working on it, but I can't give you a timeline.

The workaround is to include the "stable" repo in your .list file, in addition to the branch.

I can confirm this issue. This was working without
any problems a few weeks ago.
