It should be possible to forward link data from enlinkd to a Kafka topic.
Records should include:
The type of link
Details relevant to the protocol that discovered the link
ifIndex (for L2 links)
IP address (for L3 links)
Node criteria
Records should be forwarded as links are discovered, and marked as "deleted" when they are removed.
