Description

Add an alarms endpoint to the v2 API, allowing alarms to be filtered and retrieved using FIQL.

(There is some overlap here with NMS-9278)

Please keep in mind, that the following queries should also be possible:

  • query alarms by node category

  • query alarms by location

In addition the returned AlarmDTO should include more details about the node. The following information is missing:

  • node categories

  • node location
