In the current OpenNMS architecture, Discovery works as a continuous process that executes in the background on a repeating interval to discover devices over a particular range of IP addresses.

Once the discovery process is refactored to be message-based, we would also like to provide a UI where users can edit a discovery job and submit it as a one-time scan.

This UI should be largely identical to the current discovery configuration page but the submission will trigger a discovery scan instead of updating the discovery-configuration.xml configuration file.
