When providing feedback for a situation via OpenNMS Helm, it should be possible to tag one of the alarms as the "root cause" of the situation.
This information should be persisted along with the other feedback details.
It is not necessary to transmit this field back to the engine at this time - it is sufficient to persist it for further analysis.
