Default admin username & password are hard to find or undoc

Description

I really had to scrounge on google to find out it was "admin" / "admin", and
the password for the sample user ("testuser" ?) i haven't found anywhere.

Could be placed in a more obvious location?

This is in Section 4.3 of the install guide. I am not sure of a better place to put it.

This was probably not there when the bug was opened.
