Remove org.apache.activemq.SERIALIZABLE_PACKAGES system properties

Description

Since we do not use "object message" JMS messages that contain serialized objects any more, we should remove the org.apache.activemq.SERIALIZABLE_PACKAGES system property overrides that allow them.
