As a user of Alarm Correlation, I would like to be able to provide feedback by denoting whether or not any given alarm is correctly correlated in a Situation.

In order to support this, correlation feedback must be persisted.

Initially, we plan to persisted historic Alarm Data in ElasticSearch and so choose to persist the correlation feedback there as well. The feature will be designed and implemented however that any data store could be used if an implementation of the Feedback Repository is written.

Volume of data is expected to be low.
